The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and so close to the u-bahn. Have stayed here a few times and it is always a nice stay.

From the warm welcome from the friendly staff at check in, to the kind words for my onward travel from the lady who helped at check out, everything was perfect! While the hotel is a little dated in some places, it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, not a huge choice but more than enough to satisfy all appetites, and the staff in the restaurant so very helpful and cheerful. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, and transport links into the centre of Berlin close by, maps and advice are available from reception. Would I stay again? Without a doubt, yes ...

Good for touring the city centre. Excellent breakfast. Accommodated our bicycles which we were using to tour the Mauer Weg.

Location was perfect, right at the bus station. After 12h bus ride just what we needed! Rooms were nice and clean, with shower toiletries and hairdryer.

Very nice and clean hotel. Super nice staff (we've had one problem and it was solved immediately). 1 minute away from the UBahn station Grenzalle. Breakfast was just perfect(they even had fresh waffles). Rooms are big and well equipped.
