The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful to our needs. In close proximity to metro station and bus stop, which made access to centre fast and easy.

My friend and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at Hotel Berlin Mitte. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were clean and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh. The bed linen was clean, and towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was served as a buffet, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from—everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent—very close to Alexanderplatz, with both tram and bus stops just around the corner. If I had to choose again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!
