Great staff, very friendly, professional and ready to help! The room was clean and comfortable. Also, breakfast was just amazing, with great vegetarian options and some gluten free options too!

I am so impressed with this hotel. Not only are the staff very helpful and kind the hotel is clean! The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.

Brilliantly designed, comfortable, great location for the Jubilee Line and DLR, fantastic staff (especially Curtis who gives us such a great welcome), plentiful breakfast, can’t speak highly of this place for a chain style purposeful hotel.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

It’s amazing place to stay in London with good location (5 min from underground and DLR) in nice and safety area of London. Rooms is very clean with every day cleaning. Staff in hotel is very friendly and always ready to help. We had a great experience staying in Ibis. Highly recommend:)
