When I arrived at the hotel, a young man named Kristian at the front desk asked me to show my passport, but I couldn't find it, so I panicked and opened my two large suitcases and threw a lot of clothes, socks, cosmetics, etc. on the floor. I searched all over the place, but he was patient and waited for me to find it. After a few minutes, I finally found my passport and entered the room, where I had to prepare to sleep in a double bed with my daughter, but Kirstin was kind enough to exchange me for a twin bed. He made sure that my package was delivered to me, and he didn't hesitate to go through the troublesome process of sending my package to Japan. Kirstin is very kind and sincere and we will definitely come back to his work at the IBS Hotel the next time we stay in London.
