The tastefully decorated rooms are provided with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The breakfast was very delicious. Staying here is worth it for a short period. The price was good too and the staff members were very friendly and open to accommodate to our needs.

Easy to walk to the canal and the Ghent attractions. Very close to tram stops to the university or the central rail station. My room was clean and had all the basics for a business stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good view to one of the nearby streets. The staff was extra nice and efficient. The breakfast was nice and quite rich. Also, from my room, I could hear the church carillion playing beautiful french songs.
