Situated directly opposite Saint Bavo's Cathedral in the centre of Ghent, this hotel offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV. Located in the heart of Ghent. Easy to walk to the canal and the Ghent attractions. Very close to tram stops to the university or the central rail station. My room was clean and had all the basics for a business stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good view to one of the nearby streets. The staff was extra nice and efficient. The breakfast was nice and quite rich. Also, from my room, I could hear the church carillion playing beautiful french songs.

Kortrijk is a small city, but the hotel is located right in the middle. There is also a parking next to it, so in the case one has a car, it fits great. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The 3-star ibis Gent Centrum Opera is located in historic Ghent, a 2-minute walk from the Flemish Opera House and a 10-minute walk from Saint Bavo's Cathedral, the Belfry of Ghent and Korenmarkt... Great location with fantastic staff. The room is quite small but the bed is very comfortable. When I checked in, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast there was fantastic. Many choices and during weekend it lasts from 6:30-11am, so you could even use it as a brunch. Lovely stay overall!!!
