Excellent location. Great room clean and comfortable. Facilities Excellent. We left a phone in the room the hotel staff were fantastic and kindly packaged the phone up ready for the courier to collect. Can't fault the hotel at all. Breakfast continental but great choices.

I spent one week in Ibis Budget Bilbao City where the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location being 5 min away from the Intermodal bus station, 20 min walk to Guggenheim Museum and close to an aldi. The breakfast was delicious at a reasonable price of 8€. The room was big and had a very comfortable bed. Totally recommend, had a wonderful stay in Bilbao.

Convenient stop off after late evening flight. Typical Ibis hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We left too early in morning for breakfast, but it was available. Free parking outside the hotel.

Was an easy stay like always is our experience with the Ibis Budget hotels. Staff great, food ok, always clean, fresh bedding and comfortable. And for the price it just makes it all even better, really is a good deal when you stay with Ibis Budget.

Instead of staying in Ibis Budget they offered us to stay at the Ibis hotel next door. Very nice offer and the room is bigger.
