The room was spacious with a modern design, and we had an excellent night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout curtains that ensured complete darkness. The room was also perfectly quiet. A significant advantage for us was the private parking, as we had many personal belongings with us. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Communication was brilliant, friendly, clear, and extremely helpful—even after we had checked out. We realized we had left our AirPods in the room and called the hotel. Emily, the staff member who assisted us, went above and beyond by personally checking the room for us. Although she didn't initially find them, she promised to follow up with the housekeeping team and call us back. It turned out that our AirPods were in our car, but Emily’s kindness and dedication left a lasting impression. We have never experienced such outstanding service and genuine willingness to help guests. We sincerely thank Emily for her efforts and wish her all the best in her career. We would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.
