Staff were lovely and the room was better than I had expected from an Ibis hotel! We had a lovely big window overlooking the docks. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. We were only here for one night for a concert but it was a great location to travel to the O2 (a short walk from the cable cars, my favorite!) and the station next to the ExCel will get you right to Heathrow Airport. The lobby also has nice areas to relax in with a bar and I believe a little tuck shop, but as we were only there for one night we didn't get a chance for a good look.

Just a few minutes’ walk to West Brompton Tube Station on the District line in the Tube zone 2, Ibis Earl's Court is 4 Tube stops from Harrods and 16-minutes' walk to Fulham. Check in was very quick and easy. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Great location with easy access to bus routes and shops and restaurants in walking distance.
