Attila and Laszlo at reception provided an excellent service care (waking me up at 3am which is quite a challenge itself), managing my delayed airport shuttle and arranging a taxi instead. Matyas at the bar explained about Palinka and Hungarian cuisine. Very much grateful to a fantastic team for their dedication!

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, also breakfast was very nice. Perfect location for exploring Budapest, plenty of shops and restaurants near by too. Nothing to complain about.

Situated only a few metres from Budapest's Heroes Square, this hotel has a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The Hősök tere metro station is only 50 metres away. Everything was perfect and the staff was very helfup we checked in very late night and they helped us with everything . I will recommend this hotel to everyone 👌
