Apart from a young gentleman handing us the key, our contact was through Whattsapp which was ok. The lady booked a river cruise for us at the last moment, and it was outstanding. For a budget hotel, it was a good deal and I would recommend it. Location was good too.

Very cheap, room was minimal but clean and comfortable

We got what we paid for, it was a cheaper stay and this was reflected in the facilities. Good value for money if you’re looking for a budget hotel.

Cheap and cheerful stay in the city. The room is very central, walking distance or short grab ride to the main malls and ferry port to get to the islands. Any issues we raised via whatsapp were resolved immediately. The owner is friendly via whatsapp and provided clear instructions for finding the place. There's a laundromat in the same block which is handy although there is no drying line in the room. Overall, I'd recommend if on a budget.

We especially liked the location, basically within the Sepilok Rainforest. The pool is a little bit dirty, which is to be expected as it really is between palms and other large trees. The superior rooms are similar to a western hotel like ibis or sth. The normal rooms are quite basic but obviously cheaper.

Spacious. Superior room can accommodate more than 4 pax. Cheap if you travel on a budget but located on the 3rd floor. Ready Rollin the stairs..haha. Lots of choices on nearby restaurants in fact the weekend night market just across the street. Near Sunday gaya street market. near Centre Point mall.
