10 stars for a 2 star place. It is not the cleanest however the bed was, and very comfortable. Hot water just takes a bit to come thru. So unlike other reviews, yes there is hot water. Yes the pool has broken and missing tiles, however, it was clean, refreshing, right near our room 3A, and tiles weren’t an issue at all. The location is fantastic. It is just a very short stroll down a pebbled lane way. So if you are looking for budget accommodation, I definitely recommend this place.

Good value (cheap) Great location (near many restaurants/shops and monkey Forest) and walking distance to the centre of Ubud. AC Clean The Pool was nice Big common area and kitchen Quiet. Very quiet Cute space with green and pond and all It is a basic accommodation (at least the budget single was) but it has everything needed and was comfortable with a nice area to chill in.

A lovely low budget stay right in the center of Ubud. The location is great, the gardens were beautiful, and the price was super cheap! They have water refillers and provide you with towels.

For the budget cost, Kiskenda Cottage far exceeded expectations. The grounds are a beautiful little oasis and the room was extremely adequate as a homebase to explore Ubud and the area. Monkey gardens were a convenient short walk, as was one of the main streets with a convenience store and restaurants just down the road. Breakfast too was generously adequate given the cheap cost of the motel.

I was incredible surprise about this location. It was so cheap but so beautiful, spacious room and clean. I will definitely recommend this place for budget friendly option.

Probably one of the nicest budget places we've stayed in South East Asia. Bed huge and so comfy. Clean room. Didn't notice any bugs. The occasional lizard but no shock in Asia. Lovely area to sit outside. Breakfast cheap and yummy. Staff friendly.

Centrally located but quiet. Very cheap, very good breakfast included. Overall it is a very good option for those on a tight budget. It reminds of places we stayed in Bali in the 1980s. At only 120,000 per night it is good value.

Good budget option away from the noise, but close to sites and restaurants etc. Large minimally furnished room and good warm water bathroom with terrace seating outside room. Family speak a little English and we're always keen to help. Good cheap breakfast.

the location is perfect! walking distance from everything but still a quiet haven. I would recommend to anyone wanting a superb location and pool on a budget and the staff were amazing carried out large bags everywhere and can organize driver with them also for great values. in addition the laundry service was so fast great quality and cheap
