We traveled from New York and the hotel being a western chain is at par with US/ western locations. Young, polite, professionally trained, energetic staff add values to the service , above all Accor hotels initiatives on recruiting staff with disabilities is applauded. Breakfast and Spiceit restaurant food was amazing with both indian and western cuisine and quality food spread. It was a wonderful experience! Loved it and will come back for sure!
