Staff especially the front reception staff was very courteous. Fast check in. Facilities true as in pictures or even better. Great hot shower. Many plug points and adequate lighting. Lift functioned well right up to basement parking. The greatest point is the location which is seamless connection towards the train station. Breakfast was above my expectation. Lobby ambious is welcoming especially for solo travellors.
