The location is central to the city; the beach is within walking distance. The swimming pool is in the centre of the different blocks of apartments, which was refreshing. The place accommodates families as well as bachelors. Activities at the beach are available, like jet skis, swimming, inflatables, and plenty of refreshments. I gave the place a 3 star because of the location. You need a vehicle or can do it as a local: walk to the beach area to flag a taxi and say where you would like to go, and you pay cheaply.

The owners are very nice people! We felt very welcomed and comfortable! We have been traveling for a week. This apartment was by far the most clean one and suprisingly one of the cheapest we stayed at. The showers were amazing. The home owners had cleaning supplies for if we wanted to do laundry too.

This accommodation certainly deserves a higher rating than of now. Everything was according to the pictures.

The location is perfect. It is very close to both bus station and Madina. And the whole hostel looks very luxury as it is very expensive, but it is very cheap. And people working there helps a lot. 10/10 experince for me.

Wonderfully situated place right next to the medina, with a panoramic terrace and great food. Visiting a nearby local hammam for a cheap price is also recommended. The riad also offers enjoyable hikes with local people which were a pleasure. A great stay to visit Tetuan, I highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful Riad in the heart of the medina. The roof top terrace was the best part! The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was nearby and was cheap and easy to access. The staff we met were lovely, they don’t speak much English but it wasn’t an issue for us, if you have adequate Arabic, French or Spanish you’ll be totally fine.

Our host helped us with everything from the start to the very end. He answered every question, recommended places, which are suitable for our needs and helped us to find budget options for travel, exchange and food. So we could avoid the scams. He was really open, invited us to have a tea, when we arrived home at night. The place was amazing, authentic, clean. I am sure we will return, we could not wish for a better place.

It's a budget hotel. The rooms are kept clean. Staff are pleasant and nice.
