It was cheap and available

The location is perfect- just in the center and in front of the beach. It has a nice terrace, where you can watch the sunset. The room is big enough and has everything you need: AC, fridge, stove, microwave, washing maschine etc. The owner Andrae is nice and helps you in everything you ask for. Also it's probably the cheapest place to stay in SXM.

This hotel has the perfect location on the frontstreet/beach, nice rooms with cheapest prices in that area and good communication. I really recommend it.
