Excellent breakfast provided by friendly staff who knew a lot about the area. They were able to give us advice about where we were travelling to and what to ensure that we saw along the way and even good restaurants to go to depending on your budget.

Amazing view, few meters form the lake. Big room, quite modern, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room was easy to warm up and they left the heat pump on before our arrival so the room was quite warm as soon as we entered. Kitchenette allowed us to cook food for two nights, even though it was a bit poor (cheap and basic tools, no dishwasher). Nice place overall in which I would stay again, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

It's a small room but a cheap option for anyone visiting Milford.

If you have limited budget , it’s a good choice.

The room was basic but comfortable (particularly the bed). It was very satisfactory for a budget price. The views over the lake were beautiful. Access to the kitchen and (though we didn't need it) a laundry were helpful additions.

We had the best room overlooking the restaurant to the lake and mountains. Brilliant washing facilities -cheap, quick, efficient washer and dryer on each floor.

Close to town, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, had all the amenities you could need at the budget price point. Great for a couple of days in Te Anau to explore the surrounding region.

Location to Lake and shops. Lovely clean facilities. The fact that we could rent kitchen gear and Towels at a very cheap Price.

Retro sink was cool I guess. Cheapest place to book that was available.
