Such a fantastic trip for a family on a budget. Fabulous friendly and helpful staff!

We had a double bed room near the top of the building, so I can only say about that. Which was a very nice apartment, kitchen and living area all very clean and comfortable as were the beds. Nice views from a higher up room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to the centre with the shops and restaurants that it was an enjoyable walk. They offer a cheaper shuttle bus service to the airport which is helpful if travelling on a budget. But they were also able to order us a taxi. Hotel great.

There is no doubt, the room when we walked in blew us away -big and spacious, furnishings great, views spectacular and I think it may have been the best room in the place. But it should have been as it wasn’t cheap for our budget.

Cheapest bed in an over priced resort town. Guess queenstown isn't good for the budget traveller as this is very low level acommodation.

Stayed in a private double room and it was no different from being in a budget hotel, except much cheaper! Had a fabulous view of the mountains too.

The owner was very friendly The accommodation was very cheap which makes it possible for any family to go to hanmer on a budget
