Located 2 km from the centre of Faro and 3 km from Faro Airport, Ibis Faro features an outdoor pool. It is 6 km away from the sunny beaches of Algarve.
Hotel Ibis Faro offers simply furnished rooms, decorated in neutral colours. All the air-conditioned rooms have a TV and a private bathroom.
Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly they booked my transfer to the airport and it cost €17. Transfer arrived on time no issues. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that was on duty the morning we left, but he was so friendly and nice and was working so hard (we left on the morning of the 21st October) I hope he sees this and he deserves a shout out. I would definitely stay again the pool area was relaxing also and bonus there are towels at reception to use for the pool and also nice complementary Portuguese tarts at reception 😍😍😍

Chilled environment. Great size apartments with everything you could need. Location great (if no mobility issues) but Ubers easy and cheap to use. Perfect for groups, not families.

the property was spacious internally. fully equipped kitchen. short walk to the supermarket and there were a few restaurants in walking distance too. cheap taxi to albufeira marina for boat trips or quieter drinks/food than albufeira town.

Location nice, it was cheap and there is what you need, but it isn’t anything special with interior or with facilities so only good for those which wanna travel with budget and prefer to be outside more. Fyi: They provide few rolls of toilet paper and little soaps. Towels were nice and soft. You pick key from another locations but can left it to the house when you check out. Free parking space really near.

Everything here is about expectation. To those people claiming this is not a 4* hotel, you are correct in every way. That said it is not priced as a four start hotel, and you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel, that provides reasonable value for the price. The rooms are adequate without being anything special, the breakfast was fine, the pool area is nice. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful, but good value, this hotel is a good example of that
