I had the best stay, the staff were very friendly and approachable. When I checked in, it was Ms. Carla who gave me a higher floor room as I requested for. She was very helpful and friendly with my requirements. She guided me to visit the best spots in the city. Other staffs were super friendly and helpful too. But Carla was the best. I had a memorable stay and I highly recommend it for travelers to Lisbon. Location also is very accessible.
