First of all, I would like to thank most kindly the wonderful staff at the front desk, namely, the dark young gentleman who manned the front desk from 7AM at 22nd October Sunday, the day of my departure. I had caught a nasty stomach flu on previous days and was in terrible shape, but the gentleman helped me wonderfully, by smartly recommending the most suitable hospital possible and help with the taxi, making sure the driver knew where to go. That really saved me and I recovered enough to be able to make my flight. He also guided me where was close and open to buy the prescription on Sunday. And also helped with the transporation to the airport, which was difficult because there was some kind of traffic trouble that day. He went above and beyond and was kind and most efficient and smart, I cannot commend him highly enough. Really a wonderful professional hotel staff and kind and intelligent person. I'm sorry that I needed time to recover back home and then influenza and make-up hectic work and I'm writing this now. Because I did want to write long thorough comments which did some justice to the wonderful service. The hotel was also very nice, with great breakfast, and very clean, spacious rooms, with excellent and friendly cleaning staff.

Hotel Ibis Lisboa Liberdade is situated near the historic areas of Bairro Alto and Alfama, close to Lisbon city centre. All modern rooms at the Hotel Ibis Lisboa are tastefully decorated. Staff was wonderful. Room was great. Location was fabulous.

Ibis Lisboa offers a restaurant serving regional delicacies and an outdoor terrace. Situated 300 metres from Praca De Espanha Metro, the hotel has air-conditioned rooms, some with panoramic city... All the staff in this hotel are very polite and courteous. Very helpful too. The hotel location is great. Very clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of body wash and shampoo provided. There are a few supermarkets and eateries nearby. The Sete Rios bus station and metro (Jardim Zoological) in about 7-8 mins walk away. From this bus station you can take the coach to different parts of portugal. The city center is about 5-6 metro stations away. The breakfast buffet has a good spread with lovely portuguese egg tarts. I always stay here during my visit to Lisbon.
