The hotel features free Wi-Fi in all public areas and is a 5-minute walk from Bolhão Metro Station. People were friendly. There was always someone available to help in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, sheets, etc. The Internet was good and there were a lot of options on TV. The location is good, you can easily walk to the city center. Breakfast started really early everyday which was perfect because I was on a business trip and needed to leave early in the morning. Very convenient both for business or leisure trips.
