A new generation of Ibis hotels, Porto Centro combines great-value accommodation with contemporary design. People were friendly. There was always someone available to help in Portuguese, Spanish and English. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels, sheets, etc. The Internet was good and there were a lot of options on TV. The location is good, you can easily walk to the city center. Breakfast started really early everyday which was perfect because I was on a business trip and needed to leave early in the morning. Very convenient both for business or leisure trips.

This completely non-smoking Ibis is situated 10 minutes’ drive from Porto city centre. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi in public areas. The hotel is part of a smaller complex of shops and restaurants, such as the Continente supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundry service and more, on its top floor. So, all services are right there. Access is possible on foot from the metro stop, yellow line, I.P.O. stop, the entrance to the complex is right next to the metro stop. Further access is possible from the hotel's own parking lot, there were always several parking spaces available. There is a barrier-free entrance to the reception from the parking lot. The room had barrier-free access. Right next to the hotel is a hospital with an emergency, which is good if you need medical help. There is also an outdoor sports area next to the complex, e.g. for jogging. It is in a quiet part of the city. Access to the city center is best by metro. For these reasons, the hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spacious, Wi-Fi fast. The room has air conditioning, TV. Room service cleaned daily, changed the bed, cleaned the bathroom and toilet. Very pleasant smiling staff, both at the reception and the chambermaids. Reception help you with anything you need, anything you ask. Great hotel, I can only recommend it.
