The hotel is perfectly located. The hotel owner advised us to leave the car next to the hotel and after 20 minutes we were at the Krimml waterfalls. We liked the room, large and with a balcony, and a bright bathroom. Very clean. During meals, we could admire the view of the mountains from the hotel terrace. We liked the breakfast very much, there was a large selection of products. The service was very helpful and nice. We'd love to go back there again!

**Excellent value for money.** We were two families, a total of eight people plus a dog. The rental price was very reasonable. This offer was the best we found and simply unbeatable. Because of that, we could easily “forgive” a few minor shortcomings, which we considered insignificant for this price. On top of that, the location is almost perfect — close to the most popular tourist attractions.

We had a lovely stay at this very nice hotel in a small village. The staff was absolutely very friendly and I could recommend this hotel to families and basically to anyone at all.

Visited during summertime. Amazing place, interior is fantastic and feels like “home“, the views are stunning and nice hikes around. The rooms are simple but add there is access to lounge areas and such, it just adds on to the positive side of the experience. The staff were great, really service minded and helpful! Loved absolutely everything around it and this was the accommodation that we will remember the most from our two week trip with new stay every day! Some activity areas on the top of the mountain, well suited for kids, approximately 15-30 minutes easy walk. We missed out on reading the description so missed that you either had to be picked up by the staff or walk from the parking lot (free, at least in the summer) at the base of the mountain. My kids were a bit devastated when telling them that we had to walk up there but ended up being a great experience for us all! Took us around an hour and was an easy climb. In the way down we closed a more challenging trail, that starts just outside the property and it was also a great hike.

An amazing location on the Hahnenkamm close to the top of cable cars. With only 4 other guests it was very quiet. In the middle of June. We took a short walk in the evening with the mountain to ourselves, other than the cows. Spectacular views and very serene. Our host Michelle was wonderful. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. The start house for the downhill course was 200 meters away, which was very cool. Those Crazy Canucks from the 80's were crazy!

We found it easily in pretty town Kirchberg. Hosts were welcoming and friendly, a special family atmosphere. Our last-minute request for a barrierefrei room was granted at no extra charge. Breakfast was delicious, good selection with homemade muffins. Highly recommended!!!!!
