Le Rêve Pousada and restaurant was a wonderful surprise for us, as we were looking for a different experience in Brazil, away from the typical white sand beaches near Fortaleza. We found this hidden gem nestled in the mountains, with stunning views of the forest and a rich history of coffee making in the area. The hotel room was comfortable and provided amazing views of the lush green surroundings, making us feel fully immersed in nature. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was a great start to our day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting some beautiful waterfalls in the region. It was a great way to experience the natural beauty of the area and to cool off on a hot day. Another unique experiences that we had in this region was the coffee tasting session, where we learned a lot about the history of coffee and how to properly prepare it. This was something that we did not expect to find in this region, and it was a great way to learn about the local culture.

Great place and friendly people! The buildings sit on a very privileged position facing the valley, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a surprisingly raw jungle. We were well cared by the owner (and Cleopatra), who also cooked us delicious, gourmet meals using fresh ingredients growing in the garden. We enjoyed a lot the excursion to the nearby waterfall, which had the perfect balance between trekking and relaxing and was guided by Francisco, an experienced local. If you love nature and spiritual peace, this will be an unforgettable stay!
