The host went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible both before & after our big hike in Chapada Diamantina. The food was excellent, comfortable & clean rooms & even let us stay a little over check out while we waited for our bus.

Loved this property! Our favourite in the Chapadas! Breakfast was the best by a long way and location was a 3 minute walk into town. The pool was nice after a long day trekking! Would recommend!

Silvia was very helpful in connecting us with guides and other tourists to share the guide with. She also gave us a reasonable price for a (very) late checkout. The cabin/chalet was beautiful, next to a lovely garden.

A great place to stay in the heart of the Chapada Diamantina National Park with all its sights and trails. The Pousada is a little oasis of green, with a nice pool and a good restaurant. The food was really good with some nice local options and welcome salads and juices. I was very happy to stay there and would go back again. The road access is quite gruelling (I was coming from Vitoria da Conquista) but the last stretch from Palmeiras to Capao is in the process of a mega upgrade which will made the hotel much more accessible. The little road leading to the hotel will be a challenge in wet weather. It would be useful to have the street sign of the hotel illuminated for those arriving after dark - I had some difficulty finding the right place. A few small additions to the room would make it a little more comfortable: a chair and table, a kettle to boil water.

The owner was very nice and helpful, and even helped us organizing a tour to Pantanal. The place is very beautiful and cozy, full of plants and birds and small decorations. The view over Lencois is really beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Great place!

Breakfast was great and changed every day. There were always some vegetarian options and you could order fresh tapiocas, cuscus or eggs. The hotel is close to the city center, on a hill with a gentle slope and a minimarket nearby. Despite being close to the center, the hotel itself is very quiet. Our room had a silent AC and we haven't heard any other guests at night.
