Everything! Gorgeous older Swiss building. Room was spacious and welcoming. Excellent included breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate staying here. Be aware this hotel is not situated in the main hotel (the prices are higher there) and in the guest house instead, which is a short walk from this hotel. You have to walk across a bridge like structure, to access the main building, for buffet breakfast/restaurant/facilities. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Very friendly staff.

This is a wonderful hotel and incredible staff! Very cozy and homey! Peace and quiet! Great breakfasts! We canceled our next hotel reservation and stayed two more nights! This is a place where you will definitely want to back!

The location is perfect, close to train, bus stations. Also within walking distances to the major attractions such as Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Aare Gorge ,etc. Breakfast was super, with variety of food. Chef Remo cooked eggs for all gusts.
