We had a great stay at The Victoria. From the warm welcome by Tim, to the cosy room with a comfy bed, a great selection of drinks in the bar, great food at very reasonable prices. The best thing of all was the breakfast. All hand cooked by Tim and the best we have ever had. The location is perfect for visiting York Barbican, just a 3-4 minute walk and York centre is about 15 minutes walk. The car park is small but free which was an added bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bay Horse. The host's lovely and the room we were given was absolutely perfect. The bed's so comfy. I also had some food at the pub and it was great.

Very cosy and modern. The bed was very comfortable- it was like sleeping in a cloud! The room was very toasty perfect for winters night!
