Everything!!! We booked this property same day after landing in Batumi, while we were standing in rain. We were not sure about the availability until uncle responded to us. Uncle was prompt, very warm and welcoming, came to pick us up in rain. He gave us his umbrella for us to go around. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need. It's compact and cute and located centrally with great accessibility. We paid him only during check out as we did not have our dollars converted, and uncle was completely okay with that. He even let us check out late. We regret staying here only for one night as we had our flights booked, otherwise we would have considered to stay here longer. We definitely want to come back again and recommend others.
