Inns in Florence

Everything.. absolutely loved our stay. Communication with the owner was also east.

Great location. Step outside the door, look to the left and you can see Cathedral di Santa Maria a few minutes walk away. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner in Piazza di S. Pier Maguire. The apartment is genuinely “silent”, the bed is comfortable and we loved the large opening window for the afternoon sun and the sounds of the cathedral bells. On the eve of my 64th birthday I took up the opportunity to do yoga on the apartment building terrace followed by a 3 course dinner. I can highly recommend this special experience. The memory of the view of the cathedral from the yoga mat changing as the sun set to being lit up is a memory I will treasure. The yoga instructor Simone’s sense of humour made for a relaxed experience and the lovely flow yoga was well worthwhile. Imen’s prepared a beautiful 3 course meal which was just the right amount so I could enjoy the delicious Tiramisu. I wished I had time to do Imen’s cooking class on the terrace…..maybe next time.

We love the location, near by to the train station and main attraction. Variety of restaurants and shops downstairs. The toilet is brand new. The wifi is good. Very helpful staff that willingly helps us with the heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

Loved the location of the inn! It was a 2 minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 min from the historic city center. The premise was well equipped with all the necessities and had elevator access too. We also had access to the common kitchen, which came in handy a few times! The hosts were amazing, friendly and professional! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Florence by train or wanting to stay close to the city center.
