We stayed 2 nites at Nizwa Heritage Inn, a traditional style guest house in the old town of Nizwa for a reasonable price. Excellent location, just a few steps from the Nizwa fort and the souks. The room was as described, we knew it would be small when we read the description during booking. We had Buffett Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant opposite the reception which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us with all our queries and helped to find us a tour guide to Jebel Shams at the last minute. Particularly we would like to thank Ahmed for his impeccable customer service, thank you Ahmed.

Breakfast was great. Location was really good. The staff were welcoming and excellent. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room was lovely and I loved all the rustic features. The tiles in the bathroom were great as they weren’t slippery. The bed was comfortable.

This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.
