Great value for those staying in Cusco. Yanade and Angela were the two front desk ladies who handled my questions and were so accommodating to our requests. We originally booked for 3 nights before Machu Picchu, and then 1 night afterwards. However, some of us in our group got altitude sickness symptoms pretty bad in Cusco, and it was no problem to cut the first part to two nights without any penalties. They also let us keep some of our luggage in Cusco and a later checkout for the first stay. Shower heat is really good, and the WiFi pretty strong on the ground floor but a bit weaker on our 2nd floor room. Still good enough to upload photos. Breakfast offers great fruit choices and one egg. Free hot water available 24 hours, though I advise against taking the coca tea at night-time, it is not conducive to sleeping. Noise is pretty isolated from the main road, but the alley is a quite rough terrain and can't really roll your luggage on it. The location is about 10 minutes walk to the main plaza and 5 minutes to the San Pedro market, only 2 blocks away from taxis and buses to Ollantaytambo.

we forgot one of our items at the property and left for Lima, realising there that we had forgotten it. Edoardo was extremely helpful to get it back to us before we flew from the South American continent. He saved us a lot of money and he as very courteous and also kept us up to date. one of the best hosts I have met in my travels. The property itself is located in a very nice location with local restaurants which we enjoyed a lot

Stayed in Cusco for 2 weeks bouncing around diff hotels and hostels and this is by far the best I stayed in. Consistently hot water with great water pressure, hard to find in Cusco. Beds comfy. Breakfast great. And staff going over and above at every step. Special thank you to Juvenil (probably spelt wrong) who went over and above to help me.
