Great value. Super clean. Quiet and restful. Great hot water shower. Beautiful garden. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Good location, easy to walk down to main road with eateries and to pick up public transportation.

It's a beautiful happy place, cute comfortable cottages, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our requests were attended to immediately and if something was not possible, good alternative solutions were found. They really made our stay a wonderful experience.

The house itself was not new but they maintained the place clean. They were updating the hotel. Big room. I didn't see much mosquitos. I slept very well every night.

We where 1 month in the philippines and that was our favourite place. The owner is really kind and probably the best person we met in our trip so far. The room is very clean, there is hot water, air-condition and a really nice lounge. Over all, it was simply amazing!

The property didn't serve breakfast. Location wise, it would be nice if breakfast is available which wad suggested to the staff at the reception. If the purpose of the visit is in relation to the Lanzones Festival, the location is not bad. But outside of the festival, the location is not ideal as most of the attractions are on the opposite end.
