The location of the property is good. Upon entry to the unit, we were welcomed with a fresh scent, and vibrant and cozy interior. Essential kits such as toiletries, hygiene kits, first aid kits were provided which is really impressive because not all airbnb provide these kind of stuffs. Cooking and dining utensils are included as well with free coffee. The media gadgets, lights and sounds are using modern technology. The internet connecvity is quite fast for streaming videos on Netflix and YT. And also highly recommended for those who need to work remotely. The beds and linens are clean and comfy.. What I like the most is that the host, Ms. Ally, is very responsive to inquiries and really ensure that we got everything that we need. We were even allowed to checkou late for a reasonable amount. Overall, we had a great stay at Modern Style Living and will definitely come back if ever we need a place to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

We stayed at ABE lodge taguig, the location is very near to Libingan ng mga Bayani. Our rooms are spotless and cozy. Staff made us feel incredibly welcome. . The Wi-Fi works great as well. We slept comfortably.

The staff was very nice! We landed around 2am in Manila, and they waited for us. The room is quite big and clean. The bed was comfy. In the morning we got breakfast and coffee. We have nothing to complain about! We would come again.
