The Room was very nice, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Big and luxurious bathroom. Comfy beds. Lots of welcome amenities. Very well situated, close to the station. Excellent value. We would come again any time to enjoy the lovely hospitality here.

The room was quite big and impressive. The hotel staff was very helpful. They offer free bicycles also, if anyone wants to roam around.

Very patient and accomodating staff and management, doing everything they can to leave you a good impression of Taiwan! Replenished supplies without even being asked. Refunded me one night without any problem after I unexpectedly had to leave a day early. I would like to stay here again when I return to Hualien in the summer!
