The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The restaurant was always willing to fill our “to go” mugs with coffee before we went exploring. The foos at restaurant was amazing!

I liked everything about it, clean, up to date, the hot spa tub was great and the customer service was excellent. The lady in the kitchen where breakfast is serve is very friendly and welcoming she's always cleaning. I loved it there

    Breakfast menu was good with a lot of variety. In addition to this the ease of access to the Maid of Mist was the most prominent feature of the Hotel. I would certainly recommend a friend to stat at Comfort Inn and would love to come back some time too.

    Comfort inn was very close to falls, it has nice food trucks at the back of the hotel. The location was perfect, once we park the car we did not have to take the car until the day of departure. They did serve Brownies though out the day, very refreshing. Lemon infused water is always refilled. Breakfast is great, lot of options.

    if i were to come back for another visit, i would choose Comfort Inn Pointe again because of its proximity to the Falls.
