And in the nearby, absolutely to try Boheme Tea House: don't trust the name, it's a restaurant!

A great place to enjoy the beauty of Sevan away from the cluttered tourist infrastructure and an absolute MUST in Armenia if you are a diver or interested in water sports. We stayed for a few days in the "luxury" room with ceiling to floor views of the lake ( breathtaking and SO worth the extra price), and enjoyed swimming, diving, jet ski, and just having a beer and soaking in the views and direct access to water. The amenities were minimal, but convenient, functional and clean. The included breakfast and the cooked-on-the-spot lunches and dinners were delicious. Compliments to the chef! The diving facilities are top-notch and the staff's enthusiasm is infectious. I used the upper deck both to relax and watch a movie and to jump on a work call. An unexpected surprise was the stargazing -- if you step outside on the parking lot, you can see the Milky Way! We both fell in love with the place and are looking forwards to be back.

It is good to have a table and chairs in the living room besides the ones in the kitchen. Hosts are pleasant and helpful.

We spontaneously booked as it was the closest place to where we were stranded.Seva picked us up together with the bikes and gave us the warm welcome we really needed. It's a nice and calm place, close to nature and we really loved our time there! Seva is a great host!
