I appreciated the attention to detail that had gone into ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the penthouse apartment on the bank of the lake. The combination of stunning views, modern amenities, and comfortable furnishings made for a truly memorable experience. Located in the village of Inzell in the Danube Valley, just 50 metres from the river and right on the Danube Bicycle Trail, Gasthof Zum heiligen Nikolaus offers a quiet location at the end of the famous Schlögen Bend.

A bicycle storage and free private parking are available on site. The garden includes a historic chapel. The room was large and comfortable with windows that opened to let the fresh breeze in. The location was perfect for our bicycle trip down the Donau. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in a bit early as our day progressed faster than planned. We didn't have to worry about our bikes as there was a large secure area for them. Breakfast had a large variety of items.
