The reception was very nice with Lucas (we arrived a bit late but he was there) Raquel the employee of the Refúgio was very kind and friendly. Everything was great, the tour to meet the pink dolphin, the Indigenous community and the beach. I loved the experience of the jungle and the bathroom? Blow my mind! I loved it

Situated in Manaus, 13 km from Manaus Courthouse, Fênix features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely location in the jungle, on Lake Acajatuba on Rio Negro. The lodge was rustic, exactly as advertised, but big and with a comfortable bed. The food was good and plentiful (you can pay for lunch and dinner separately, only breakfast was included in the price). The lodge staff are very nice, but only speak Portuguese (and maybe a little Spanish). There are some English speaking guides there and Frank, who did the tours with us, is great. We enjoyed all the activities/tours and intend to recommend the place to all our friends.

They cared and the overall experience was amazing . Slightly rustic accommodation but high value. Great all-round inclusive of hiking, tours and meals. The meals were great. Anailson our guide and our local guide were of the highest class. Such a great experience.

The property is beautiful, sustainable, and very well-maintained. The public space is chill and accessible to all. Breakfast consists mostly of local fruit; lunch and dinner are delicious and made on demand. Lucas, the owner, is passionate about this little haven he built and is always responsive through WhatsApp.

By far the best quality hotel in Manaus. Decent price, English speaking staff. Comparing price and quality, this hotel is an absolute winner. It still lacks world standards, but unlike all the other hotels in the region, this one at least knows the direction.

The hotel is centrally located; we had a nice view from the room and a good dinner in the restaurant conveniently located on the same floor. The breakfast was served and had many interesting choices. The bar was working the whole day with the restaurant menu.

Comparing with all Ibis I have been already, this was the best one! Super comfortable, nice, modern and super clean rooms and common areas! The breakfast was very good! The staff was super helpful and gave nice suggestion on where to go for dinner nad other local tips!

The staff was very kind and supported us with information and suggestions The position was central and safe The breakfast was good! Also, in the evening till 8-ish there was a free buffet with salty pastry, cakes and snacks to have a quick dinner.
