The staff is excellent throughout the entire facility: polite, willing to help immediately, has a good sense of humor, and always smiles. Plus, the pousada was quiet at night for a relaxing sleep.

I have been amazed at the good people we have met in our travels through Argentina and Brazil. The breakfast every morning would put most 5 star hotels too shame! Villa Lulu is a beautifully and colourfully decorated & designed guest house with all you need in amenities - coming home after a day on the beach it was an oasis to have a swim and a beer from the fridge (works on honesty system) It is close to Geriba beach (surfing and wide open beach) literally 3 minute walk, down a quiet cobbled road - we loved it being away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristic areas that are not our style - we did get Ubers to explore some of the other beaches which was easy and hassle free. I really recommend Villa Lulu if you are inclined to our way of thinking
