Awesome property that is an easy walk to Praia do Campeche and numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious with good AC and smart TV. We really enjoyed the pool which is big and has nice shade for the hot days. Great spot to relax. The staff were wonderful with great communication for easy check in and out. There is a grill and kitchen we utilized for making breakfast. My highest recommendation for Campeche, a great and tranquil spot in Florianopolis

The location, close to where we wanted to go. The room view was fantastic, we could see the ocean from the room!

The room was spacious and clean. We had a lovely terrace that we could sit out on, which was nice in the evenings. Great view of the pool and sea. The staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast was very good, with sufficient choice. We could not fault this property, would recommend.

It had a very nice breakfast as well with excellent breads and fruit.

Everything was perfect. Cesar is amazing - helpful, kind, and clearly loves the property. He’s always cleaning and improving it during the day. Bicycles are good (and free!), the roof is beautiful, and best of all the rooms are amazing! Great breeze from the balcony and powerful air conditioning also. The rooms are the same as the photos..they feel like home. I’ve traveled a lot to many countries and this is one of the very best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Cesar!

There are a lot of restaurants, Coffee places, bakeries, supermarkets and drugstores. A perfect place to stay for a weekend. It is close to the beach. I strongly reccommend it!

Great location: there is a church/ area with lots of restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Don Zarichta for pizza), and it is located in a nice neighborhood.
