Location is very good, very clean place, polite staff, dinner menu was good and food was great - many thanks to the chef;

I stayed in the 'Suite' which included a king sized bed and a kitchen. It was AWESOME. The bedding was wonderful, really comfortable and cool. Well supplied kitchen facilities. Breakfast was very comprehensive, waffles, cereal, egg omelette, sausage, fruit, yogurt and juice. Just all round wonderful! Thank you Hamptons Inn & Suites!

Nice room and facility. The hotel isn’t located next to much though we were able to walk 15 mins or so to a good restaurant for dinner. There’s a fast food type place across the street. Restaurant at hotel was closed when we went to dinner at 9:30 so had to seek food elsewhere. They do have room service though. Pool was great for kids. Free shuttle to/from airport was great.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. Dining room has a nice selection for dinners and for the included breakfast.

We appreciated the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well as being close to public transport to the city. Our room was comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed breakfast each morning as well as the convenience of having dinner at the hotel each evening. It was great having access to the swimming pool seeing the weather was hot! Free parking was great too, once we'd collected our hire car.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly, they even had a little toy bin they let my toddlers choose from. The Wednesday I was there they had a complimentary dinner that was very good. Breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from.

Great location in the south of the City. Easy access, good parking. Great (popular) pool, & linked pub on site which meant three choices of food for dinner! Public transport so easy to access. Used both Train & Bus, simple system & cheap. Heritage Park, which is an amazing facility easily accessible by bus. Best memories were of great service & friendliness of the staff at this hotel, exceptional!

The room and breakfast were nice but the fire alarm kept going many times. We were told it was a false alarm in the next building, Hampton Inn. It was very inconvenient to get out early in the morning with sleeping kids. The front desk staff was very nice but the manager we spoke to after 6 days, when we stayed again was very rude, when we mentioned about the alarm.

Everything was great! Lovely staff who stayed late so we and other guests could finish dinner. Well designed rooms. Clean pool. Great shuttle service.
