Nice and spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom with lots of towels. We could use an indoor pool. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but they did open it on our request. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the window in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very good blind on the window allowed me to go to bed early in a dark room. There was a small refrigerator in the room with two small bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing, everything nice, really tasty and fresh. You couldn't possibly taste it all and eat there was so much of it. We got a coffee for breakfast and then we were offered another coffee. I was also able to hire for free walking poles. The whole place, everything we've used was nice and clean.

Typical Ticino-style Pensione Olanda is 1 km from the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church, and features garden and a terrace, furnished with deckchairs and offering panoramic views of Locarno and Lake... One of the most charming, authentic, and beautiful places ever. I am so lucky to have found such an awesome place. Blessed. Run by a great couple. I will stay here every time I come to Locarno.

Situated right at the lake promenade, only a few steps from the ship mooring and Locarno's Piazza Grande, the Al Pozz offers you superb views of Lake Maggiore. I loved the attention to detail and all the help with travelling from another country. I even got quick answers to questions before I arrived. ‘Great holiday destination, close to much dining.

The room was good enough, if you know what you are booking you will be fine. You have a shower in the room and a shared toilet. The owners are good people and we thank them for our stay there. The shared kitchen was something we did not expect and was a nice surprise. Views are PERFECT. I mean breathtaking.
