It was a wonderful experience at the Hostal Miramar: Mario was very welcoming, attentive, social, helpful and very concerned about my well-being (the breakfasts were delicious by the way, with homemade products such as jam). The room was spacious, very clean and bright. I had everything I needed, and even more (books about Valparaíso, Street Art, etc.). I would recommend it 100% and I won't hesitate to come back for new adventures!

The people who worked there - Mare and Co were so helpful and friendly. It was nice to meet the owners Hugo and Yolanda who were also incredibly helpful . I had a very good massage . The view from our room was incredible. Sea in front was very dangerous for swimming but we were able to swim at the town beach . The breakfast was delicious and our bed was really comfortable. A Continental breakfast is served daily and Viña’s commercial area is 300 metres away, with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The tour desk can offer advice. Great place, highly recommended. The breakfast is brought directly to your room, which had never happened to me before, and is also quite large. It almost didn't fit on the table! The room was fine, but most of all the location was perfect. Just five minutes walk from the bus station, five minutes walk from the train station, and ten minutes walk from the city centre. If you arrive late at night, there are even some nearby places to find food, which is not common in this part of town. The staff was very helpful and had no troubles allowing me to leave my luggage for some hours after checkout. In general, a fantastic experience. I saw some negative reviews before booking, but I'm very happy to confirm that they were completely wrong.

But the neighborhood is quite and safe, only sometimes cars pass by making some noise. The host is super nice. He introduced us all attractions on a map, and offered us free laundry. We appreciate that.
