Absolutely perfect hotel, not far from main road, in a very cozy Bavarian village. Hosts are more than perfect and friendly, and rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of hams and cheeses on each table. Cereals, breads and jams help yourself Room was lovely and the location is an absolute dream. Like staying on a film set. Host is a really nice man happy to chat and delighted when we asked about the renovations and turning the derelict property into the fine gasthaus it is now.

The position is amazing, the room very spacious with a fantastic view of the Danube and the breakfast buffet healthy and energetic. There is storage for bikes and a cafeteria with all the Weltenburger beers (and choice of cold/hot drinks), perfect option after 7pm, when the monastery Beergarten closes.
