This cosy inn is in the South Jutland village of Agerskov. Dating back to the 1700s, it provides Danish cuisine and free Wi-Fi. Wonderful. Exceeded my expectations on many levels. Staff were quick, courteous, genuine, friendly and helpful. Super natural homely atmosphere. Generous breakfast- too much to choose. Stunning buffet on Tuesday eve - for quality and value - and selection of deserts. As a world traveller - this is a top notch place to stay.

First time during our trip in Denmark we have so many vegetarian options during breakfast and during dinner. Super! It is a special place, with special atmosphere, completely quaiet, near the old medieval church with very interesting history. Very friedly and practical arrangement of the room. Absolutely quaiet.

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. One wonders how close to paradise a hotel can come. Schackenborg Slotskro comes a very close! Yes its pricey, but its worth it if you can afford this luxury. Really nice inn in a small town. Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant--we enjoyed the "Sunday Roast" dinner. Beautiful view from the dining room--reminded me of a Monet garden painting. Clean modern rooms-recently updated. Close to the Egeskov castle which is a must see. Also close to Sandholt Slot which is not open to the public, but can be viewed from the road.

Located in the southern Jutland town of Rødekro, this inn is 12 minutes’ drive from central Aabenraa. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with seasonal Danish cuisine. Friendly reception . Good bicycle storage inside and secure . Our room, #22 was large but without ambiance and right off the highway with traffic noise continually . Had A/C so we just kept the windows closed to decrease the noise . Our room was at the top is one of the narrowest and steepest staircases that we have experienced in a European Hotel . Only way out of the room was down the narrow stairs in an emergency or a fire . Really not a good idea or plan . Breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices .

The rooms, breakfast and location was perfect^^ Nice staff at the breakfast, but check in and out is mostly no contact, although we were welcomed at our arrival by the hostel chief. Also very nice that the rooms had a medium large fridge we could use!
