I LOVED this hotel - it was so cozy and adorable! The view was incredible and the service was top notch! The food was another level and the grounds were spectacular! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Otavalo area.

Authentic, beautiful old hacienda, set in delightful sloping grounds, with views to mountains either side. We had probably the best room, no 7. Lovely public rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice vibe. Excellent location. We had 4 nights and could have managed a fifth. The rim walk around the crater lake Cuicocha was one of the best day hikes in our life 10/10 wow. 5 hours solid walking. Horse riding and Condor centre also good - 8/10. Otavalo market OK 7/10 and worth going to on a Saturday but. Food was so good we didn’t bother to eat in Octavalo.

The service was incredibly attentive, especially when it came to booking taxis and offering helpful local recommendations. The food was excellent—every meal was a real treat. The setting is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!
