The Apple Inn is an award-winning family-owned Northumbrian country pub, located in the centre of Lucker. Great little Pub/BnB near Bamburgh and 20 minutes away from Alnwick. We ate dinner here which was truly excellent. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very nice, and we appreciated the face that it started at 8h30 and was until 10h45!

This hotel was run by a family who paid attention to every detail. We were made very welcome, given exceptional food and hospitality. Brian knows all about the history and genealogy of the town. He goes out of his way to help locals and runs a tight ship. Chef, manager, barman, dog lover, launderer, cleaner, waiter, local law enforcement and assistant to the elderly of the town. Well done Brian.

Perfect location to explore Yorkshire and beautiful country views right from our bedroom window. Delicious hot breakfast included in the price. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
