Clean room, confortable beds, nice common roof terrace and pool area. 2 minutes to the beach. Very good restaurant for good price, especially for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is really beautiful, fanstastic location and the beach would have been fine (if the weather would have been good). Rooms are stylish and very clean. Dinner in the neighbor hotel is very good. Sleep with the sound of the ocean. Beach not crowded.

Everything was outstanding as always. Rooms are clean, food is tasty, staff is great, facilities are marvelous. Special thanks to Gvantsa, who helped us out with all the reservations and helped us organize a great birthday dinner. I would also like to say a special thanks to the GM Mr. Houghton, who was on the ground 24/7 checking and controlling everything. We are definitely coming back again.

The friendliness of the people was incredible. The sea it’s at 200 m from the guest house, the local bakery at 5 meters from the property and so good! A shop at your reach within 60m 24/7 and the owners have their own chickens and vegetables from their garden and we paid them some money for eggs and some vegetables. So good! Very lovely people and in a traditional Georgian village with the kindest people. Loved it

Even though we arrived rather late, the personnel arranged a great dinner for us. Nice reception even though we had some language difficulties since not everyone understand english.
