Fantastic place!! Centrally located, outstanding little hotel in an old house - completely newly refurbished. Very nice and helpful staff. When arriving, you are welcomed like a member of family. They served breakfast even earlier on the departure day, as our train left early! Breakfast is just wonderful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, pancake with marple sirup, etc, etc. Room was spacious and quiet. Hotel centrally located and 13 minutes by foot to the station. (5 to the metro). We could have stayed forever : )

From the parking you can go up in a park (3€) and see Chiavenna from top.

Breakfast was also excellent - a wonderful buffet of local produce plus eggs cooked to order on request. Great communication from Luca - we wish them all the best with their future projects and hope to be back again one day.

The tiny ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. Having breakfast each morning on the lake gazing at its peaceful surface was unforgettable unique experience. The room was very clean and cozy. We would definitely come back.
